All purchases from the California Surveying & Drafting Supply (CSDS) Online Store to our subject terms and conditions of sale
Hours of Operation
The CSDS Online Store is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your shopping convenience. From time to time, the CSDS Online Store may not be available while we perform routine maintenance, or update our product offerings. Your use of, and access to the CSDS Online Store also depends upon your access to Internet connectivity, which you must obtain at your own expense. Once an order is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to you regarding its status and estimated ship date. U.S. sales only
The CSDS Online Store sells and ships products only within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. No shipments will be made to Post Office Box (PO Box), Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses or United States territories.
Proof of purchase
CSDS will send confirmation of your order via email promptly after you submit an order online.
If you have an account with California Surveying & Drafting Supply, we will gladly charge your purchases, provided your account is within the credit limit established and in good standing. If you do not have an established account, credit card is the accepted method of payment for the purchase of products from the CSDS Online Store. At the time your order is placed, CSDS and its third party payment processing vendor will obtain a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Your credit card will be billed when your order ships. If your credit card payment is declined, we may automatically cancel your order.
An Accepted Order may not be modified or cancelled by the customer after shipment. The customer must contact email@example.com to request any changes or to cancel an accepted order prior to shipment. CSDS may not be able to accommodate the customer's request for changes or cancellations. The customer may not cancel or modify any orders for special order or custom products.
Credit card security
CSDS does its utmost to protect credit card information collected through the CSDS Online Store. Particular care is taken in selecting hardware and software providers, service providers, and all other personnel with access to credit card information. CSDS uses Verisign, Inc. to process credit card transactions on the CSDS online Store.
CSDS Online Store purchases will include sales tax on all orders received from California residents based on the purchaser's shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time the order is placed. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order was received in our system will apply. The proof of purchase that CSDS mails to you will include any applicable sales tax. Any applicable shipping charges will also be included at the time you place your order.
If you are an agency eligible to purchase products under our General Services Administration Schedule, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your agency details and product requirements and we will provide appropriate pricing.
Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. CSDS reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the CSDS Online Store at any time.
Scheduled ship date is the date by which we expect to validate your credit card, assemble the right products and package your order. Shipping time is the length of time it will take for the package to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address.
CSDS makes every effort to ship your product according to the scheduled ship date provided by the CSDS Online Store order status pages. The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Federal Reserve holidays. Lead times will begin the following business day for orders placed and credit cleared after 2 p.m. US Pacific Time. Lead times quoted are for orders that are partially shipped - that is, where separate items are shipped as soon as they become available.
Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. Changes to scheduled ship dates may not be reflected in the CSDS Online Store order status pages.
CSDS endeavors to stay at the forefront of technological advancement, and for this reason, reserves the right to discontinue products without notice.
